Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT: A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected. This is not met in rare cases where the situation is beyond our control (COVID, weather, traffic congestion en route, remote address for delivery, etc).

Before you complete your order, please make sure:

  • All your information is correct
  • There will be someone at the address you provided to receive the package on the date you provided or you have given instruction to leave the package at the door.
  • You have provided all the information including hospital room numbers, office building directions, special business hours, etc.

No Weekend Delivery
There are NO weekend deliveries.

No P.O. Boxes, Apartments or Condo Delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Apartments or Condos.

Redirected Packages
A $10.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We cannot extend our guarantee when incorrect addresses are given.

Hospital/College Notice
When delivering to colleges, hospitals or hotels, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the college, hotel, or hospital. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.

Recipient unavailable at time of delivery
We will not refund or credit your purchase if the recipient is not available to accept their delivery on the scheduled delivery date. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery the package will be taken back by the courier to their depot for customer pick up unless prior instruction was given to leave the package at the door.

Left at Door
If you request to have your gift left at the door, you accept all liability and risk for your order.  Risks may include but is not limited to poor weather or theft. No refund or credit is available for orders left at the door.

Left with Neighbour
If you request that your gift be left with a neighbour, you accept all risks and liabilities for your order.  No refund or credit is available for orders left with a neighbour.

Order Changes 
All order changes must be made prior to your gift being sent with our courier. Please call 1-855-363-4845 between 9am-4pm EST for all order changes. If your order has already been picked up by our courier, no refunds or credits are available.

Weather Delays
No refund or credit will be available on late deliveries due to severe weather, or transportation issues such as flight delays.

Substitution Policy
To make sure your gift arrives on time, we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
